What if I already have reviews on another platform such as TrustPilot?

We can help you migrate your reviews from any platform that provides an export spreadsheet (such as TrustPilot). Just send us the spreadsheet of your existing reviews and we will reformat and upload them into our system.

What if I want to move my reviews to another platform such as TrustPilot?

You can download all your reviews in a spreadsheet at anytime. Of course we don't want to see anyone leave, but it's important to understand your reviews belong to you, not to us.

What if I get a lot of reviews very quickly and go over my maximum review limit?

There is no hard limit on the number of reviews you can have. We don't want you to miss any reviews so if you are on a SILVER package for example, you can still keep collecting reviews even if you already have 500. If you go over the limit of reviews in your package we will contact you to discuss moving up to the next package.

What do I need to do to get started with REVIEWIST?

Simply fill in our sign-up form. You will then be allocated an account manager who will help you get setup on our system and integrate REVIEWIST into your website. We provide full business hours phone/email support for all customers, even if you are on the FREE TRIAL.

Do I need my own website to use REVIEWIST?

Actually no! You can collect and present reviews all entirely on www.reviewist.co.uk. So you can also use REVIEWIST to collect reviews about your business even if you don't have a website. You can also use REVIEWIST to start collecting reviews, and only integrate them into your website when you have a decent number of reviews to display.

What if a customer posts a negative review?

We encourage you to accept all reviews, both positive and negative. If you have a large number of reviews then showing a small number of negative reviews can help provide reassurance that all your positive reviews are real. However you can approve or unapprove any reviews at any time. You can also post a reply to a review (which everyone can see). Showing that you listen and respond to any negative feedback can be very positive for customers.
