Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. You should have received an automated message to the email address given at the time you placed your order and another when it was dispatched. I apologise if this wasn't the case. The standard delivery service you selected, which is via Royal Mail, isn't a tracked service, so no delivery update is given. If you were to order again, please select the Express delivery option as this service is fully tracked and you would have been updated with delivery status.
