The chocolate we use at the base is Callebaut, which is widely used across the confectionery and catering industry to produce high end Belgian chocolates and desserts. The Callebaut milk chocolate used to create your bespoke pizza also carries a minimum cocoa content of 33.6%, which is much higher than many high street alternatives. Obviously, we appreciate our product range can't satisfy everyone's tastes, but would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting a small business with your initial purchase.
